This self-paced e-training course introduces participants to Ontario’s Get SET (Skills, Education and Training) program. It is intended for Get SET practitioners, instructors, managers, coordinators, volunteers, board members, and support organization staff who are seeking to enhance their understanding of the Get SET program in Ontario.

This self-paced e-training course introduces participants to the Ontario Adult Literacy Curriculum Framework (OALCF) within the Get SET (Skills, Education and Training) program. It is intended for Get SET practitioners, instructors, managers, coordinators, volunteers, board members, and support organization staff who are seeking to enhance their understanding of the OALCF. 

Orientation to the Get SET Performance Management Framework

This self-paced e-training course introduces participants to the Ministry’s Performance Management Framework (PMF) within the Get SET (Skills, Education and Training) program. It is intended for Get SET practitioners, instructors, managers, coordinators, volunteers, board members, and support organization staff who are seeking to enhance their understanding of the Ministry's performance management framework within the Get SET program.

Orientation to EOIS-CaMS

This self-paced e-training course introduces participants to the Ministry’s Employment Ontario Information System – Case Management System (EOIS-CaMS) within the Get SET (Skills, Education and Training) program. It is intended for Get SET practitioners, instructors, managers, coordinators, volunteers, board members, and support organization staff who are seeking to enhance their understanding of how EOIS-CaMS is used within the Get SET program.

Présentation du parcours Réussite Apprentissage en ligne

Cette formation à rythme libre présente au personnel du parcours Réussite en éducation et au travail de l’Ontario les principes fondamentaux d’Apprentissage en ligne, un regroupement de cinq prestataires offrant des services entièrement en ligne en Ontario.  Elle s’adresse au personnel du parcours Réussite, au personnel enseignant, aux responsables de programmes ainsi qu’au personnel des organismes de soutien qui accompagnent une clientèle apprenante adulte et souhaitent mieux connaître les programmes d’Apprentissage en ligne.

Orientation to Get SET e-Channel

This self-paced training introduces Ontario's Get SET (Skills, Education and Training) practitioners to the fundamentals of e-Channel—Ontario’s group of five fully online Get SET providers.  It is intended for Get SET practitioners, educators, program coordinators, and support organization staff who support adult learners and are seeking to enhance their understanding of e-Channel programs.

OALCF Task Vetting Training

This self-paced e-training course trains participants to Vet Tasks developed for use as Milestones or Culminating Tasks within Get SET (Skills, Education and Training) programs. It is intended for Get SET practitioners, instructors, managers, coordinators and support staff that have completed all of the prerequisite training. Before attempting this training, task development training, task development experience and a solid understanding of Ontario Adult Literacy Curriculum Framework (OALCF) levels and competencies is required.
